Enactment of this legislation would transfer from the Governor's Office $345,000 ongoing from General Fund in FY 2027 to the newly created Division of Housing and Community Development in the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity for the new deputy director position. Enactment of this legislation would transfer $12,167,100 General Fund, $50,509,600 Federal Funds, $1,877,900 Dedicated Credits Revenue, $16,607,100 Interest Income, $8,000,000 Other Financing Sources, and $33,3821,700 in Restricted Revenue or in aggregate $122,983,400 in FY 2027 from the Department of Workforce Services to the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity to the newly created Division of Housing and Community Development for the consolidation of housing related activities currently undertaken by the State.
