Enactment of this legislation could increase Dedicated Credit revenue to the Department of Agriculture and Food by $76,000 ongoing beginning in FY 2027 from charging raw milk producers for quarterly inspections, monthly testing, and annual registrations. Previously exempt producers would no longer be exempt from inspection and testing requirements under this legislation.
