Enactment of this legislation could cost the Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice $90,000 ongoing from the General Fund beginning in FY27 and $6,500 one-time from the General Fund in FY27 to manage the increased reporting requirements outlined in this bill. Enactment of this legislation could also increase dedicated credits costs for a total of $180,100 ongoing beginning in FY27, charged as fees to individuals requesting criminal justice information.
