Enactment of this bill could cost the District Courts $2,846,500 ongoing in FY 2027 from the General Fund, and Juvenile Courts $333,100 ongoing beginning in FY 2027 from the General Fund for increased judicial workload. Enactment of this bill could cost the Office of Recovery Services $1,084,300 ongoing ($310,100 General Fund and $774,100 Federal Funds) for additional staffing needs and to contract out for the four required public meetings, additionally it may cost $568,200 one-time in FY 2027 for system updates ($162,400 General Fund and $405,800 Federal Funds).
