Enactment of this legislation could cost the Governor's Office $3,800 one-time from the General Fund in FY26 to update their website. Enactment of this legislation also appropriates $150,000 one-time in FY27 and $500,000 ongoing beginning in FY27 from the Income Tax Fund to Utah State University to develop and maintain a federal funds dependency portal as outlined in this bill.
