Enactment of this legislation may save the Department of Health and Human Services from the General Fund ($900) one-time in FY 2026 and ($14,700) ongoing beginning in FY 2027 from (1) no longer having to annually distribute 111,000 warning labels and pamphlets to over 550 pharmacies statewide and (2) 20 hours of staff time to create a pamphlet and put it online.
