Courts - $43,800 ongoing beginning in FY 2027 for case processing; 2. Department of Corrections - $304,000 ongoing from the General Fund in FY 2027. 3. Board of Pardons and Parole - $6,100 ongoing from the General Fund in FY 2027. This assumes the following increases: 1. Probation - 0 additional 0-year commitments; 2. Prison - 8 additional 1-year commitments; 3. Parole - 0-year commitments.

Enactment of this bill could result in an ongoing fine revenue increase by an estimated $19,500 beginning in FY 2027. Local government entities could experience the following estimated expenditure impacts beginning in FY 2027: 1. Prosecutors - $92,800 increase; 2. Public Defense - $144,000 increase; 3. County Jails - $955,400 increase; 4. Local Justice Court - unknown increase.
