Enactment of this legislation could increase fees to the Commerce Service Account by $800 ongoing beginning in FY 2027. This, combined with the expenditures listed below, could reduce the year-end transfer from the Commerce Service Account to the General Fund by $6,000 ongoing beginning in FY 2027 and $11,100 one-time in FY 2027.

Enactment of this legislation could cost the Department of Commerce $6,800 ongoing from the Commerce Service Account beginning in FY 2027 and $11,100 one-time from the Commerce Service Account in FY 2027 due to the staff costs for rule-writing and system updating required to create a new license. Expenditures from the Commerce Service Account impact the year-end transfer to the General Fund.
