To the extent the Legislature appropriates funds, enactment of this bill could cost the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity $2,800,000 one-time from the General Fund in FY 2027 for pass-through grants. Enactment of this bill could also cost the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity $125,000 ongoing from the General Fund beginning in FY 2027 for additional personnel services to administer the dual track grant program over five years. The agency indicates it can absorb $60,000 of this cost.
