Inasmuch as an individual qualifies for a graduate tuition waiver as a Purple Heart recipient, an institution of higher education could experience a reduction in tuition revenue by $5,000-$15,000 per year beginning in FY27.

Inasmuch as an individual qualifies for a graduate tuition waiver as a Purple Heart recipient, the individual could see their tuition costs reduced by $5,000 per year beginning in FY27 if they previously qualified and $15,000 per year if they become eligible as a result of this legislation.
